My wife Wanda and I and some friends had the pleasure this evening of dining at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Blue Springs. The food was awesome! The items we got to sample included, fall off the bone ribs, wonderful steaks, fried chicken, and fried catfish. Their appetizer selection was also fresh and tasty. We have all been waiting for more choices in dining for a long time and the waiting is over! Texas Roadhouse is the first of many restaurants planned for the restaurant strip along I-70 at Adams Dairy Parkway. It opens on Monday, June 9, 2008 and I highly recommend you give it a try.
