Texas Roadhouse Review

by Jeff Quibell 6. June 2008 20:30

My wife Wanda and I and some friends had the pleasure this evening of dining at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Blue Springs.  The food was awesome!  The items we got to sample included, fall off the bone ribs, wonderful steaks, fried chicken, and fried catfish.  Their appetizer selection was also fresh and tasty.  We have all been waiting for more choices in dining for a long time and the waiting is over!  Texas Roadhouse is the first of many restaurants planned for the restaurant strip along I-70 at Adams Dairy Parkway.  It opens on Monday, June 9, 2008 and I highly recommend you give it a try.  Please be sure to thank these businesses for choosing our city to locate!  Please click on the comments link below to post your comments on my blogsite.

My wife, daughters and myself were also invited to the per-opening of the new Texas Roadhouse and I would like to say it was an awesome dinner. Wife and daughter number one had the sirloin steak, it was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Wife said, “…it’s the best steak I’ve had in a long-time!” My younger daughter and I both had the ribs and WOW it was fall-off the bone Deeelicious!   My youngest also got up and lined-danced with the staff and both girls decided that this will be the place for their birthday dinner…they were given a hint of what to expect!
We met the owner, manager and several staff and we found them to be very pleasant and they shared how pleased they were to be here in Blue Springs and I expressed how nice it is to have them here.  I was very pleased with the experience and have already planned to revisit on our next date-night…with no kids Smile
This is quality  dining at  an affordable price less than 3 miles from my home…it’s all good! If you get a waitress name Stormy (her real name) tell her the Ackley family says Hi, she was great! Do yourself a favor and check it out!
