Mayor Carson Ross presented Season 7 American Idol winner, David Cook with a replicated version of Blue Springs city limit signs designating Blue Springs, Missouri as the “Hometown of David Cook, American Idol 2008”
Since David was not able to be present for the actual installation of the signs along I-70 in Blue Springs, the City has teamed up with the David Cook’s management group, 19entertainment to present him with a replica of the signs, which have been installed along both the east-bound and west-bound roadways of I-70 at Blue Springs city limits.
