On June 5, 2009 the Blue Springs Rotary Club visited Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster Missouri. In the picture are club members waiting in line to climb into the cockpit of the B2 Bomber Spirit of Texas. The group also got the opportunity to visit the decommissioned control center, Oscar 1, where our country's Minuteman ICBM's were once monitored and controlled.
