Tenants for Adams Dairy Landing

by Jeff Quibell 3. September 2009 11:26

Grand Canyon Jeff Upon my return from vacationing at the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, I learned that Gap Outlet, Staples, Petco, Famous Footwear, Gordman’s, Maurices, Olive Garden, Chipotle,
Gamestop, Arby’s and Sally Beauty will join Target, Lowes and Books-A-Million at Adams Dairy Landing in Blue Springs. These are just a few of the tenants that will open at the shopping center.

The 550,000 square-foot shopping center is located at the southeast corner of I-70 and
Adams Dairy Parkway in Blue Springs, Missouri. Phase I of the project will open on October 11, 2009 and will include Target, Sally Beauty, Gamestop, Maurices, Gap Outlet and Chipotle. Phase II will open in Spring 2010 and will include Lowes, Gordman’s, Petco, Books-A-Million, Staples, Famous Footwear, Olive Garden and Arby’s.

It is exciting to see how much our city has advanced over the last four years and to think about what remains to be achieved.  Please join me in thanking RED Development for bringing this quality development to our city!

Blue Springs, we have arrived!  By next year we will be self sufficient at supplying the citizens the good and services they desire.  Let's take care of Wood Chapel quickly and then begin to focus on our downtown.  Let us also promote the store fronts that are for rent fill them with new and innovative and interesting nitch businesses and shops.  These types of businesses draw people.  AND...maybe a few will relocate to BSMO and buy up some real estate!
Positive things are happening in BSMO even in this economy.

Progress is unstoppable.  Growth is manageable.  Success is inevitable.  Because we are Blue Springs, MO.

In October 2008 RED Development announced that Kohl's would be a part of the development.  That they are missing from the current information may mean that circumstances have changed or that the information release had a mistake.  This is one of the reasons that developers often hold off announcing tenants.  I'll see if I can find out their status and report it in a future article!  Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Jeff I heard there was going to be an Olive Garden built here in Blue Springs a few mos. back so I called the Olive Garden in Independence and ask if this was tue I was told they were not going to build one here. Then my neighbors told me one day that they were going to build one and they sent me your web page that they get and sure enough you said they were. I pulled up the Olive Garden on my computer and sent them an email asking if they were building here I got an email back saying no they are not.I am confused please explain what is going on. Thank You Linda Dennis
