by Jeff Quibell 2. August 2010 16:15

On August 7th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the Jaguar Pride Marching Band from Blue Springs South High School will be hosting a competitive car wash to raise money for the upcoming competition season.  There will be four locations each hosted by a different section of the band.  The sections will be competing to see who raises the most money.  Zarda BBQ on 7 Hwy will be the sight for "pit and percussion".  The "woodwinds" will be at Las Playas Mexican Restaurant on Woods Chapel.  The Color Guard will have their site at Flowerama at the corner of 7 Hwy and 40 Hwy.  And, the "brass" will be washing cars at the Burger King at the corner of Woods Chapel and 291 in Lee's Summit.  Jaguar Pride will be performing this year in a show hosted by Blue Valley High School, a competition at Missouri State in Springfield, a competition hosted by Odessa High School and finally in a championship show at MU.
