Program Description
This program is a collaborative effort between the City of Blue Springs and area mortgage lenders to bring home ownership within reach of low to moderate income families and individuals who are first time homebuyers by disbursing annual Community Development Block Grant Entitlement funds through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
