St. Mary’s Medical Center Hosts
Free Health Fair at Independence Center
Blue Springs, Mo. – Take a break from holiday shopping and give yourself a healthy gift. St. Mary’s Medical Center is hosting a free health fair at Independence Center on Saturday, December 3, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Screenings will include:
Blood pressure
• Blood sugar
• BMI
• Ankle brachial Index
• TIA risk score
• Bone density screening
• Oxygen saturation level
• Grip and balance testing
St. Mary’s associates will be available to answer your health questions. Plus, St. Mary’s unveils its new Inside Track mall walking program during the health fair. Participants registering at the fair will receive a free pedometer and can earn additional prizes as they progress.
