One thing I can say about this one, they rock on flavors and a natural sweetness with a touch of elegance on the other hand. I avail 2 doens for they only limit it for 2 for each customer but I'm satisfied. i like sweets but maintain my energy by using whey protein while working out. I found this review about protein at www.proteinpowder.mercola.com/pure-protein.html and the benefits we might get from it.
